Return Policy
At Ivan Smith Furniture, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If an issue arises after delivery or pickup, Ivan Smith Furniture reserves the right to inspect the merchandise and attempt to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue prior to authorizing a return.
Return Eligibility
All eligible merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, with no damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Delivery Returns
Merchandise delivered to your home may be refused at the time of delivery for a refund of the merchandise purchase price, less the delivery charge and a 10% restocking fee.
Once merchandise has been accepted at delivery, it becomes subject to the return guidelines below.
Store or Warehouse Pickup Returns
Merchandise picked up at an Ivan Smith Furniture store or distribution center may be returned by the next business day for a refund of the merchandise purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee.
Returns After Receipt
Merchandise returned within five (5) days of receipt may be eligible for return with a 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise kept longer than five (5) days is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Special order merchandise
- Closeout items
- Floor models or items sold “as is”
- Sale or clearance items
- Mattresses
- Mattress protectors
- Adjustable bases
- Foundations / box springs
- Pillows
Additional Conditions
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once service has been completed.
- Most refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Cash purchases will be refunded by company check and may take up to 10 days to process.
- Ivan Smith Furniture reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise prior to issuing a refund.
